We hired Max Rapoport, owner of Ronin | Chef Max, to provide a sushi dinner, which he did. It was delicious, oh-so-fresh, made to order, and included sushi-making 101 for children, which gave Max, father of 6 week-old Myco, a view of parental things to come.
