The survey team of Jen & Zach determined that this year the number of monument plants (green gentians) blooming in the Monument Plant Meadow is at an all-time high 7 images 1. Was it the rain? the cold? the snow depth? Whatever, a lot of monument plants decided to send up their beautiful flowers this June 2. 4. This team counted each one of them 5. Some were small and no match for Zach and Charley 6. Others were giants (up to six footers)... 7. The final tally? 257
