Kindergarten Field Trip to the Post Office
Kindergarteners from Bill Roberts visited Denver's huge post office sorting station, where we learned from our guide Fran that more than 100 letters per second arrive, are sorted multiple times, and depart. It runs 24/7. We learned about bar codes, loose mail, and saw lots of fork lifts at work.
