Continuing preparations for foundations, water supply. I talked to Mark, and the Paul. The footers (support concrete foundation walls) and pads (support steel posts in middle of house) are in on Lot 3, and they are putting up the forms to pour the foundation walls. Paul wants to try to get the footers in on Lot 2, so will pull to crew from Lot 3 to do that (there has been a lot of rain, but it's dry now because Mark excavated another foot on Lot 2 today). Once the footers are in, "it can rain all it wants." He thinks the walls on Lot 3 will be poured early or mid next week, and Lot 2 to follow. Mark will begin excavation on Rapp's lot next week (they cut trees and ran a road into the lot recently).

Mark is going bow hunting Friday through Monday with a friend, up on Ute Peak. He will carry 100-120 pounds!
