20. Top drawer full of cotton reels, by colour as separated by Joan! Many thanks!!!!

22. The new sofa arrived this morning. We are chuffed to bits

23. The new kitchen cupboards are in and VERY red! I am a little uncertain about them, but it is cheerful and yet more grey would have been too much for me. They are fully loaded already and it makes such a difference, as everything was crammed Into the original cupboards and you could not find a thing!

24. 10 April 2023: XxxxxxxxxVv, Sim, Yke and Rob and Con

25. 17 April 2023: Yke and Rob were with us for Easter. In our little garden at the cottage.

26. Progress on the workshop, or man cave as it was and henceforward shall be called Concave! Matthew putting in thick insulation and plasterboard. It is going to be good!

27. 23 May 2023: Wooden doors will be replaced with reenforced glass doors to let in the light.

28. 26 May 2023: The garden, with some lovely flowers, but too few to pick for the house. I really miss that, so now I have been raiding 'God's garden' and the result of a vase with buttercups is stunning. Xxxxx. Con .

29. 17 July 2023: At last! Cave finished apart from the new doors and minor adjustments. actually started some batiks today. Yippee. .

.

30. 13 August 2023: Testing the new Con cave. Working really well, although small. Xxxxx.

31. Christmas 2023 at Saunders Cottage

Perhaps you don't have pigs in blankets as a Christmas tradition in the States, (tiny sausages, wrapped in bacon. Delicious. ) My version is the vegetarian option! I did have such fun. Only all my potters wanted a little pig and I ended up making 25!
